About Ami Houde

Motocross is the bridge that led me into a much larger world of endless opportunities. I have raced motocross for 22 years, My Father is a Canadian National Champion, and Vet World Champion- his legacy has been the fire under my shoes that has always driven me to perform at my best. Motocross defines me, it made me the person I am today; tough, determined, stubborn, grateful, passionate, and goal orientated. Being the first Canadian to race the FIM World Championships was a dream come true, but all of the other doors this sport as opened for me has been the true highlight of my career. Currently, I am co-hosting the world’s largest action motorsports radio show “The Down & Dirty Radio Show”, racing the nationally televised Terracross Series in a Polaris RZR, teaching motocross schools, generating content for my rapidly growing YouTube channel, doing media work, traveling the United States and Canada as a brand ambassador for various companies, and furthering my motocross racing accomplishments on the track.
