Jim Beaver eSports drivers Bobby Sandt Jr., Joe Lusk, Hunter Stiffler, and Brian Weyandt Jr. will be on hand at this weekend’s Racing Xtravaganza show in York, Pennsylvania for the first round of the 2020 Wicked Cushion Esports Championship Series season. Saturday’s event will feature a mix of the world’s best racers competing both live on-site and online, with the JBeS quartet lining up in person to compete on the virtual Williams Grove Speedway.
This weekend’s event will see a new look for Jim Beaver eSports’ 410 Sprint Cars, as General Tire red will adorn all four entries. Sandt Jr. will wheel the #131 car, with Lusk in the #N20, Stiffler in the #3H, and Weyandt Jr. in the #88JR. The event features a fixed setup for all competitors and an exciting race format as drivers will attempt to work their way up from the F Main all the way to the prestigious A Main.
With more than $3,000 in prize money on the line, the Wicked Cushion Esports Championship Series opener will represent one of the biggest races for 410 Sprint Cars this year until the iRacing World of Outlaws NOS Energy Sprint Car World Championship resumes action. At least $700 of that purse will go to the winner, with an additional bonus if the winner is a live seat qualifier and cash prizes for all racers who advance to at least the D Main.
Alongside the opportunity to drive a real 410 Sprint Car, the winner will also receive a gift certificate from Jim Beaver eSports primary sponsor General Tire worth $2,000 toward a new set of tires. This weekend’s race can be seen live on Wicked Cushion Esports’ Facebook page, as well as RaceSpot TV on Twitch and YouTube.
